Support & Warranty

At The Bush Company we pride ourselves on providing our customers with comprehensive customer support both directly and through our network of stockists across Australia.  The details of our standard warranty and returns policy can be found in our Terms or Service, this may be supplementd by a product specific warranty policy which can be found on the Warranty tab on the individual roduct page on our website.

To raise a support or warranty issue with The Bush Company, please follow one of the two options detailed below:

Option 1

If you purchased online from The Bush Company and created an account during checkout:

  • Go the www.thebushcompany,com.au and click on the ‘My Account’ tab in the menu, login to your account and click on the ‘Orders’ option in the side menu, then click on the ‘Get Help’ button to the right of your order.

  • To raise a support ticket, fill in the details of your issue, attach any relevant images and click on the ‘Open New Ticket’ button.


  • You will receive an email from our Customer Service team confirming that the ticket has been raised and we will initiate the investigation from there.  All communication regarding the ticket should be done through the ticket system.

 

OPTION 2

If you purchased your item from a Bush Company stockist or online from The Bush Company but did not creat an account during checkout:

  • Once you have created your account, click on the ‘Support Ticket Area’ option in the menu.

  • Complete the details of your issue and click on the ‘Open New Ticket’.

  • You will receive an email from our Customer Service team confirming that the ticket has been raised and we will initiate the investigation from there.  All communication regarding the ticket will be done through the ticket system.
